exchanges and returns


We do not accept returns. However, we are happy to exchange any new and unused merchandise within the first 10 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned for an exchange in with its original packaging and labels.

The team works hard to inspect each piece before it is shipped. If the reason you are requesting an exchange is because of a manufacturing defect, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please email [email protected] with a photo and your request. We do not accept exchanges due to damage caused by misuse or regular wear and tear.

When mailing us the item you wish to exchange, please include a note with your name, shipping address, phone number, email, and reason for the exchange. We do not reimburse any expense or cost for initial or return shipping. Global can’t process claims from products that are purchased on other platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and Etsy.
